Noch die letzten Kekse und Pekanstangen für das Cake Date backen. Der Apfel-Schoko-Nusskuchen und der Kirschstreusel sind glücklicherweise schon fertig!

Last finishing touches and baking of some cookies and maple pecan danish for the cake date. Fortunately, the apple chocolate almond cake and the cherry streusel are already done!

Fast fertig zum Abflug - Stühle, Wasser, Bücher, vorsichtshalber Jacken und ein Teil des Kuchens sind schon im Auto.

We’re almost ready for take-off: chairs, water, books, just in case jackets and part of the cakes are already in the car.

Obwohl noch nicht alle da sind, machen wir uns mit den anderen schon mal über den Kuchen her :-).

Though not everyone is there yet, we (together with the ones who are already there) raid the buffet :-).
