8.30 Während die Familie noch schläft, starte ich gemütlich mit Buch im Schlafanzug auf dem Sofa in die nachgeholte Ferienwoche (March Break). I start into the postponed March Break in pajamas with a book on the sofa while the family is still in bed.

10.15 Das Kind ist diese Woche vormittags bei einem virtuellen Backcamp. Ich bleibe in Reichweite auf dem Sofa - mit Buch. The kid is doing an online baking camp this week. I stay nearby on the sofa - with the book.

11.20 Die Schokoladenkekse sind fertig. Und duften ... Double chocolate cookies are done. And smell so yummy ...

Das Kind brauchte jemanden zum festhalten, um eine Feentür für den Garten zu basteln.

The kid needed a hand for building a fairy door for the backyard.

Wir nutzen die kurze Nieselpause (mit Sonnenschein und blauem Himmel!) und machen den Spielplatz unsicher. We use the short rain break (with sunshine and blue sky!) and head to the playground.

Das Kind hat heute offenbar einen kreativen Tag und will sich eine Kochschürze nähen... The kid seems to have an awfully creative day today and wants to sew herself an apron ...

Kleine Nähpause mit den selbstgebackenen Schokoladenkeksen - njam, njam. Sewing break with double chocolate cookies - yum.

Nach der Schürze wurden die Stoffreste noch in ein Kissen verarbeitet. Jetzt fix die Nähmaschine wegpacken, bevor ihr noch was anderes einfällt :-)!

The leftover fabric was turned into a cushion. It's really time to put away the sewing machine before she has another idea :-)!
